Certified Translation Requirements Before You Submit
Providing the right information from the start shortens the review process and reduces avoidable corrections.
1. Upload every page clearly
Send a clear and complete copy. Stamps, signatures, margins, and any reverse side containing information should be visible. Keep multi-page documents in the correct order and, where practical, combine them into one PDF.
2. Confirm the source and target languages
Select the original document language and the required translation language. If the receiving authority has a specific format or language requirement, add it to the order notes before submission.
3. Confirm names and reference numbers
For translations into English or another language, attach a passport copy or provide the exact spelling required for names. Check identity numbers, dates, registration numbers, and reference codes, as even a one-letter difference may require a revision.
4. State the intended use
Tell us whether the translation is intended for an embassy, court, university, employer, or government authority. This helps the review team select suitable terminology without adding information that is not present in the source document.
5. Choose a delivery method
You can choose WhatsApp, email, or download through the Customer Center. Keep the order number together with the registered mobile number to track status and access available files and invoices.
6. Review the pricing method
Some documents have a fixed price, others are priced per page, and complex documents require a quotation after review. Check the current price list before submission.
